This role is vital in promoting a strong safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the reliability of our operations within the organization.
Job Responsibilities: Management of KPIs of their responsibility area Drive the actions to support SHO in the maintenance areas.
Audit the execution of maintenance according to systems and processes defined.
Ensure that 100% of the maintenance tasks are done with Work order.
Management of maintenance activities (CM, PM, PdM).
Provide resources to maintenance execution and continuously develop the organizational capability in your area.
Optimize the process of maintenance with a focus on efficiency and loss reduction (PMO).
Cost accountability in areas of responsibility Feeding the base data of your team through Use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Support Plant Optimization.
Drive the craftsman to achieve the Asset Management culture.
(Pam).
Manage human capital with integrity (Hmc, Int).
Continuous skills development and improve competency-based knowledge and lessons learned.
Defect elimination culture.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a Union environment Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment Thorough understanding of maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment Customer focus, both internal and external Background in scheduling, safety, and project management Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader) Problem-solving skills and mentality #J-18808-Ljbffr
