Analyze financial and credit assessments in determining financial structure in accordance with applicable credit parameters and policies (Analysis - Debt Sizing & Financial).
Implementing the financing structure for customers by implementing due diligence as well as analyzing and assessing the credit approval process (Mandate Letter & Draft Term Sheet).
Implementing and managing the development of market intelligence analysis in order to contribute to the Corporate Banking business.
Provide solutions related to the financing structure in solving problems by considering risk factors and coordinating with related units.
Minimum 4 years working experiences within corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance or advisory function.
Have an understanding of Financial and Credit Reports.
Familiar with APLMA Term Sheet & Agreement Format.
Have a network with Lawyer and international banks.
Fluent in English (both oral & written) & have good presentation skills.
Has quite a lot of deals in Non Usual Deals/Syndication (Acquisition, Project Finance, Bridge Loan, Repackage/Refinance, Leverage Recap, Share Backed Financing, Any Bond/Equity/Corporate Action related).
Strong logical and financial analytical skill.
Has ability to build complex financial model.
Bachelor or Master degree from Economic, Accounting, Finance or related major from reputable university.
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Has been exposed to Project Finance, Merger & Acquisition, Capital Market related transaction.
CFA (min Level 1) is preferred
