**What you'll do**:
- Actively manage relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term business relationships.
- Oversee the entire credit process for SME Supply Chain Financing, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance deal success and mitigate risks.
**What we're looking for**:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SME/Commercial Banking as a Relationship Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of SME and Commercial products, as well as related banking products, providing the foundation for sound guidance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, complemented by effective negotiation abilities and a keen understanding of credit risk.
- Excellent English communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Able to adapt to an evolving and fast-paced working environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to optimize both internal and external contacts.
- Proactive, assertive, and capable of taking ownership of targets and planning for their achievement.
