DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required language(s): Fluent English ( Oral & Written )

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of working experience as a follow up Export-Import

Required Skill(s): time management, Detail, Accurate, communication, negotiation

Have Knowladge of Product Registration at Ministry Health and BPOM are more preferable

Duties & Responsibilities

Studying legal/ Export-Import documents

Preaparing Shipping documentation and ansuring administrative import export readiness ( HS code, B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Tax Regulation, etc

Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Indonesia Custom Clearance

Monitoring the delivery of goods on time

Keeping up to date with chages in custom clearance legislation and guidelines

Coordinating with relavant agancies needed for export import purposes such as customs insurance, transportation services and other and checking the draft shippping documents

perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry
