About the role
As our Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for bringing the right talent to Indonesia and the region. You will be reporting to the Country Manager and to our regional Head of HR, and you will be working with regional leads and heads of department in South East Asia. You are passionate about helping millions of parents and kids

The role will be to:
Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Indonesia and South East Asia. Create and monitor metrics that drive a best-in-class talent acquisition program with our HR teams in each office Ensure alignment of recruiting strategies and key business priorities to identify, attract, and hire diverse talent within a competitive landscape Develop employee branding initiatives to create pipeline for future talent Support hiring managers in generating pool of candidates Organise and conduct interviews Boost employer branding on social media sites to garner interest Manage recruitment KPI & generate quarterly reports to analyse progress against SLAs.
Personal Qualities
Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to be adaptable and agile Highly organized, strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Cultural Understanding and hands-on experience in a fast-growing start-up environment. Good sense of humor!
What are we looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Have at least 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience for startup, tech, media, and related fast growing companies. Proficient in speaking and writing in English
