**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing and supporting sales team to achieve sales target, including sales dan man power planning
- Ability to Identify business opportunities, related to business improvement, market share, territory development, team skills, and carry out real initiatives for improvements
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure the achievement of the given targets, including coordinating with the operational team regarding supplies and shipments
- Ability to create good relationships with customers, being able and active to get feedback from the market to inform management about business progress
- Ability to Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years experience related to sales
- Prior experience in local fast moving consumer goods would be highly preferred
- Proven success track record in similar roles
- Proven ability to drive the sales process and strong business sense and industry expertise
- Possess strong communication skills, coaching and people management skills
