**Job Title: Regional Sales Manager**

**Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of sales operations across Southeast Asia, including analyzing market conditions in assigned countries, devising market strategies, and executing company's overseas sales policies aligned with global marketing objectives.
- Develop annual marketing budgets, plans, and staffing strategies for assigned countries/regions to meet business goals.
- Establish and lead a team in the assigned country, ensuring clear role allocation, training, performance management, and continual enhancement of human resources.
Develop and oversee distribution channels.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, monitor industry trends, expand marketing networks, and enhance the company's brand presence internationally.
- Optimize resource allocation, lead the team to explore new markets, enhance performance, and expand market share in designated territories.
- Represent the company in negotiations, bidding processes, exhibitions, and other relevant events related to major projects.
- Manage all other operational aspects within assigned countries or regions.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales of injection molding machines.
- Strong market acumen, capable of understanding market dynamics, conducting market analysis, and executing effective promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing market development plans, formulating marketing strategies, and managing budgets based on market research insights.
- Demonstrated innovation and development skills, coupled with expertise in customer acquisition and team building.
Extensive experience in channel development and management.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding leadership, execution, and planning capabilities.
Extensive management experience with adept communication and coordination skills.
Ability to cultivate and lead high-performing teams for efficient market expansion.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
Pay: Rp35,000,000 - Rp50,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
