Regional Product Manager

Job Summary:
The Product/Contracting/Systems Manager oversees all activities related to product development, contracting, and systems management within the company's operational region.
Responsibilities include coordinating product development and supplier selection, enhancing website user interface, managing systems and technology, overseeing team management and development, and creating signature product ranges.
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate product development and supplier selection across all destinations.
- Lead contracting activities to increase transparency and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with regional offices to understand product standards.
- Review and coordinate rate updates from regional offices.
- Set departmental goals and targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Contribute to monthly management meetings.
- Manage website content and coding, and enhance user interface.
- Oversee intranet and Tourplan system management and training.
- Develop wholesale and online tariffs and implement health and safety systems.
- Manage the Product/Contracting/Systems department and implement recruitment and retention plans.
- Ensure team members achieve personal development goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Create signature product ranges and tender for new destinations.
- Develop product for wholesale accounts and coordinate with various departments.
- Manage training for internal and external Sales and Marketing staff.
- Attend trade shows and marketing events as required.
**Salary**: From Rp39,028,625 per month
