**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience working in a supervisory or management role in facility service management or parking management
- Strong knowledge of local parking regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of parking management software and technology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of staff evaluating employee performance
- Responsible for leading safety meetings and performing facility inspections
- Responds promptly to customer issues in the field, communicates them to Associate Director of Parking Operations and elevates issues as necessary
- Must be professional, and have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, duties and meetings in a fast-paced environment while remaining productive and professional
- Must be able to react and respond according to their training while maintaining their composure under pressure
- Monitoring of department budget
- Monitors equipment, supplies, and parts inventories needed to support field activity
- During construction, it will be necessary to coordinate with the different construction companies to minimize the impact on the operation
- Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company
- Certified Administrative Parking Professional (CAPP) or Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designation a plus
