About the Regional Head of Sales - Automotive OEM Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key role in the OEM team's continued development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead OEM/component based initiatives across the zone which includes multiple events, divisions and channels
Create demand in the region by creating promotions and activations in accordance to the market situation
Gain an understanding various market segment (Japanese or Chinese market) needs to assist OEM sales personnel in developing value propositions
Translate the consumer behaviour, market insight, field situation, and market trend to the Head office in order to refine the overall regional strategy
Work as a part of the OEM leadership team to drive best practices, processes and systems which improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identify key accounts, and understand major competitors tactics, organisation, distribution strategy, and pricing while keeping management informed of trends and changes

To succeed in this Regional Head of Sales - Automotive OEM role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as business management, business development, presentation and negotiation skills.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing similar industry, or automotive, OEM and spare parts company
Master's/bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent from accredited institution
Heavy influencing skills to work together with teams across multiple cities direct and indirectly
Results-driven and fast-paced with high initiative skills and the ability to work and multitask under pressure
Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, experienced in setting the structure of incentives sales targets
Business and financial acumen – ability to understand and read a P&L, structure and close profitable deals, understand financial drivers and leverage them in the deal development and closing process
Knowledge of automotive industry and knowledge of region is a plus
Mandarin/Japanese-speaking is an added value, to be able to communicate well with regional and global counterparts
Strong written and communication skills; fluency in English is a must
