**Job Description**:
Lead a team of business operations staff in retaining existing local merchant accounts (local brands and C2C) via networking with merchants relationship by marketing corporate full line of merchant services products
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize specific opportunities in support of broader partner strategy including developing the rationale for sales activities, merchants partnership, driving negotiations and other local initiatives
Effective cascaded communication within the team to ensure consistency in SOP and strategic direction across managed merchants
Mentor subordinates in their ability to perform the strategic, tactical and support functions in strengthening relationships within the merchant segment
Monitor subordinates progress through strategic negotiations and help to develop a strategic negotiation framework for subordinates to follow
Analyze business trends and competitive actions to assist with the development of business, product and partner strategy.
Identify partners that can grow our business including how we can accelerate our product roadmap through both partnership and acquisition activities
Analyze existing practices and strategies to identify which areas need improvement, and develop innovative methods to help establish and achieve overall area goals
Actively coordinate with other area and business units, to get insight, learning, and to review and improve further to relevant business strategy
Manage and monitor the project progress, address potential issues proactively, to achieve business goals
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree in related discipline from Tier 1 University.
An advanced degree in MBA will be preferred
Minimum of 5 years working experience in reputable company, with at least 3 years experience in leading Sales Team, manage, monitor and drive sales and operational within his/her team
Having experience in handling Sumatera region will be an advantage
Willing to be placed in Medan or Jakarta
Having minimum 2 year experience in Digital or Tech industry will be preferred
Excellent proficiency in Excel and PPT (you should be prepared for a case study)
Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result oriented
