Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fieldFemale and maximum 35 years oldHaving a minimum of 3 years of working experiences as Supervisor of Recruiter/Human Resource or 4 years of experiences in handling end-to-end talent acquisition, across various function and levelsAbility to recruit candidate in the Technology IndustryStrong leadership and organizational skillExcellent communication skillUnderstanding the psychological test (is a plus)Ability to independently run, critical thinker, and problem solver Job Descriptions Supervise and control all recruitment process, include involving in any interview processCreate and develop job descriptionsAnalyze the qualifications for each positionReview and approve content and placement of job posting in the job portal, official website, and social mediaMaintain recruitment database to ensure all data are valid and up to dateMaintain relationships with and visit colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting effortsMaking reports to Human Resources Division Head
