The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of recruitment including policies, processes, procedures, and developing initiatives to ensure the achievement of recruitment objectives, such as search, prospecting, screening, interviewing, testing, offer-making, negotiation, agreements, on-boarding and induction of new employees, as well as identifying and engaging freelancers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiation through to completion of the recruitment process.
- Advertising job ads through relevant channels.
- Recruitment at all levels from senior manager to new starter.
- On-boarding and inducting new employees.
- Liaising with universities to recruit graduates and internships.
- Implementing SOPs.
- Delivering monthly reports and providing weekly progress updates.
- Scope - Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand
**Job Requirements**:
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a recruiter, either in-house or as a an external recruiter
- **Proficiency in English (both oral & written) is a must**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skill
- Able to engage with representatives in regional offices.
- Dynamic, autonomous, results-oriented
- Able to work under targets and meet the date lines
- Mastering test tools and behavioral interviewing skills
- Able to work well both on own and in team
- Able to reach our office in Cilandak, South Jakarta
