Recruitment Specialist

**Requirements**- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Must have experience as recruitment specialist in Retail Industry / Outsource Company- Excellent communication in English (written and oral)- Can Operate Ms office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point)- Strong attention to detail for administrative tasks- Excellent interpersonal, attitude and communication skills- Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang- Conduct technical & end to end recruitment process for local employees, especially for Head Office, Warehouse and Operational needs- Collect all hiring documents needed- Maintain recruitment database and periodic report- Communication, coordination and report to corporate recruitment for status recruitment- Monitoring all updated administration about recruitment- Responsible to handling outsourcingAbility to commute/relocate:- Alam Sutera: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)Application Deadline: 01/28/2023Expected Start Date: 02/01/2023
