The Role
This is an exciting role where you will leverage your prior client-facing & recruitment experience as well as Snaphunt's unique methodology & powerful tools to provide 'Recruitment-as -a -Service' to high-growth companies so they can scale their teams quickly & accurately across geographies.
You will work as a part of an international team, and provide flexible 'inhouse recruitment' support & expertise to a range of companies across different sectors, and geographies to help them achieve their hiring outcomes. Your role will include:
Contacting employers on the Snaphunt platform and understanding their hiring goals Conducting product demos and upselling Snaphunt solutions according to company needs Advising employers on their hiring strategy, plan, and approach. Managing the recruitment processes for a portfolio of clients to ensure they meet their hiring goals with speed & accuracy. Ensuring strong levels of client engagement & providing feedback to technology teams to help shape future product enhancements.
Ideal Profile
You have 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role ideally as a recruiter in a top-tier recruitment agency / RPO. You are highly commercial and thrive in client-facing roles. Experience in supporting startups in rapidly scaling up teams and /or recruitment experience across different countries or regions would be a strong plus. You are a strong business advisor who can influence senior stakeholders. You are a natural problem solver and are obsessed with helping companies hiring top talent quickly You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization. You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
