- Attend career and college fairs or similar events
- Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes
- Up to date with trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
**Requirements**:
- Experience minimum **1 years as Recruiter**:
- **Recruiter with experience working in IT industry area is preferable**:
- Graduated from Psychology, Human Resources Management is preferable
- Depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting
- Creative thinker, good communication, adaptable and sociable
- Hands on with job posting on social media and job portal
