Requirements
1. Diutamanakan Pria dan Wanita
2. Usia maksimal : 28 tahun
3. Berpengalaman sbg RTFM atau Team Leader Selama 1th
4. Pernah bekerja di inbound contact center min. 2 tahun
5. Familiar dengan Aplikasi CMS dan Microsoft Office
6. Bersedia bekerja di Semarang, Jawa Tengah
7. Bersedia bekerja shifting
8. IPK min 2.75
9. Penguasaan Skill English sbg Nilai tambah
Responsibilities
Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional call center dalam menangani traffic call
Melakukan pengecekan attendance, adherence dan menemukan ketidaksesuaian setiap agent call center
Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan call
Membaca & menginterpretasikan kondisi real time dari reporting tools per interval
Membantu pencapaian target service level baik itu per interval maupun per daily.
