Raisebore Driller

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Upreaming and conventional raiseboring Site preparation - moving drill rig in and out of drill site setup/tear down drill rig and support services Align drill rig under survey control Pilot drill and ream to engineered designs Ability to perform daily drill maintenance Basic troubleshooting skills required Liaise with Company and client's representatives Mentor and train national driller trainees and drill helpers Ability to read mining instruction/worksheet

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years' experience in underground mining Physically Fit and have excellent manual handling skills and be able to handle heavy tools and equipment Safety & goal oriented Good communication skills Able to travel and remain away from home for extended periods of time
