Collaborate with department managers to ascertain suitability for training schedules and delivery of training.
- Liaise with external training providers to collaborate on training delivery.
- Review training practices and ensure training is delivered in line with company policy.
- Deliver effective, engaging training sessions to team members.
- Keep track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.
- Develop regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training attendance and delivery.
- Keep standard : Quality Management System, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, Quality Culture, Quality Metrics)
- Presenting product
- Make modul of product
- Analyze market and trend allign with product company
- Work closely to team product & HR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree any mayor
- Experince min 2 year in same position
- Must be from retail company
- Requires strong computer, organizational, problem solving skills.
- Self motivated, highly analytical, team work
- Able to work underpressure
Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
