DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing focused in developing product fields from biscuit or chocolate is required
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
Must have knowledge about fat/oil
Must have knowledge about compound/chocolate production process
Must have knowledge about baked goods (biscuit/wafer)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Required Skill(s): product development, communication, teamwork, analytical conceptual thinking, proactive, excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities :
Responsible to develop new product to meet the launch plan, price target and quality target
Responsible to do cost saving in existing products without compromising product quality
Responsible to source new material for new development and alternative for effectively cost saving project
