Develop new polyurethane formulation of product required by customers.
- Attend and analyze customers complain, and provide solutions to overcome the problems together with the sales personnel.
- Maintain consistent products quality delivered to customers.
- Perform analyses to evaluate the quality of raw material, in process materials, and finished goods and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Understand usage and function of material used in Polyurethane formulation.
- Experienced in operating Laboratory equipment.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- At least 3 years of working experience as quality control or/and research and development is required for this position.
