Quarry Operations Management and Improvement

Manage all quarry operations safely which is under company supervision

Manage and develop quarry operation; undertake mine planning by use of Surpac modelling; generate production schedules and waste disposal incorporating short term targets in the best balance to achieved company's objective

Establish policies and procedures of quarrying/mining operation Optimize quarrying costs

Responsible for the raw material supply and quality from company's quarry and other sources

Efficiently and safely manage the mines

Timely mine development for steady mine production.
Guarantee timely raw material supply (Limestone & marble) in terms of volume and quantity to all company plants in Indonesia.
Maintenance of consistent quality of raw material Cost efficiency of mines.
Efficiently operate mines within budget (Cost extracted rock, production costs, purchasing costs.)
Control quarry activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules.
Guarantee the raw material supply to the plants (quantity and quality) keeping safety raw material stocks at the plants by balancing mines production with plants demand.
Evaluation of mines with accurate mine survey report.
Management of mine investment project with the engineering team

Manage local capital expenditure within the defined budget in line with the business plan, and contractors managed to required standards

Ensure to complete projects in accordance to schedules, budget and quality (with support from the Engineering Team).
Sourcing reserves and suppliers - ensuring third-parties are operating legally and to the required quality
