Damai Land sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk mengisi posisi lowker sebagai :

Quantity Surveyor Interior

Requirement :
– Pendidikan min D3 Arsitektur atau Teknik Sipil
– Mempunyai Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama
– Mampu membuat Anggaran Pelaksanaan dan RAB
– Mampu membuat dokumen lelang, dokumen kontrak, dan sistem cost control
– Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang interior
– Mernahami teknik gambar dan prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi.
– Memahami spesifikasi dan harga bahan interior
– Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan dan target waktu
– Mampu membuat schedule pekerjaan
– Ditempatkan di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta.

Quantity Surveyor Operasional

Requirement :
– Pendidikan min D3 Arsitektur atau Teknik Sipil
– Mempunyai Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama
– Mampu membuat Anggaran Pelaksanaan dan RAB
– Mampu membuat dokumen lelang, dokumen kontrak, dan sistem cost control
– Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja di Bangunan Gedung Tinggi
– Memahami teknik gambar dan prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi.
– Mampu membuat analisa harga satuan pelaksanaan berdasarkan hasil analisis
BQ survey lapangan, gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, metode kerja dan data teknis.
– Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan dan target waktu
– Mampu membuat schedule pekerjaan
– Ditempatkan di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta.

Senior Legal

Requirement :
1. Minimum age 30 years
2. Minimum 2 years experience (in the property business is preferred)
3. Understand business and industry law both nationally and internationally
4. Up to date legal changes
5. Having drafting contract skills
6. Able to work with pressure
7. Attractive appearance
8. Good communication

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Managing legality related to the company
2. Taking care of legalities related to consumers
3. Oversee business developments related to agreements
4. Make proposals for amendment to the SOP
5. Representing the company when a judicial problem occurs
6. Prepare mergers and acquisitions when needed
