- Analyze quality service results and identify gaps
- Recommend process enhancements to raise standards of quality service
- Develop and implement method to integrate Quality Service data points into our propriety system to facilitate easier analysis.
- Analyze the available tools and systems and recommend suitable ones to enhance the process and improve on Quality Service Standards.
- Interact and communicate with various stakeholders to understand the process and recommend process enhancement.
- Study the organization Business Excellence findings and develop quality service processes.
**Job Requirements**:
- A university degree, with a working level of English to facilitate international communications
- Customer service experience in the service industry is advantageous, as people skills is key.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Interest in technology and willing to explore a career in cloud -Fresh University graduates are welcomed to apply
- Experience in operationalization system improvement for quality service functions
- Analytical skills ,confident in public presentations and pleasant personality
