About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedQA Testerto join our team in Jakarta.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products acrossMobile Apps, Web Platforms, and APIs—primarily supporting ourPoint-of-Sale (POS)systems in theFood & Beverage (FnB)industry.This is ahands-on role, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and has a strong background in bothmanual and automation testing.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across mobile, web, and API layers.Perform manual testing to validate new features and perform regression tests.Point plus: Design, implement, and maintain automation test scripts using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, etc.)Identify, log, and track bugs/issues , and collaborate with developers to ensure resolution.Validate performance, usability, and responsiveness of POS features.Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to understand requirements and define test coverage.Participate in the full software development lifecycle and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) testing pipelines.Requirements:Min 2+ years of experience in QA testing, with solid exposure to mobile, web, and API testing .
Point plus: Experience in one of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies , tools, and processes.Experience with bug tracking systems like Jira, Trello, or similar.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage testing activities end-to-end.Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English .
Point plus: Familiarity with the FnB industry and POS systems .
