**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees the quality of services and operational work performed by each department to ensure they follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) correctly and efficiently
- Develop SOP, work procedures, work instructions, and other related documents, as well as controlling and distributing company policy documents
- Collaborate with the Head of Quality Assuranc to monitor quality objectives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major; preferably from Engineering major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001
- Proficient in Excel and Visio
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to do business trip to LGI branches as needed
