What you will doDesign, develop, and execute test cases for digital banking features.Identify and report defects related to functionality, security, and performance.Perform simulation testing for production defects, both before and after fixes are deployed.Collaborate with the development team to ensure compliance with banking regulations.Handle additional assignments as directed by the Quality Assurance Lead.What you will needBasic Requirements2-3 years of experience in software testing, with 1-2 years hands-on experience in automationExperience in regulated or financial services environmentUnderstands payment flows (authorization vs posting, idempotency keys, retries), reconciliation impacts, and failure modes (timeouts, partial success)Has an understanding of data privacy (UU PDP) basicsExperience in negative/abuse testing: rate limit, OTP misuse, tamper scenarios, etc.Technical SkillsetProgramming: Java/Typescript/PhytonWeb UI automation: Selenium WebDriver or Playwright/CypressMobile automation: Appium (Android/iOS), device/emulator setup, basic device-farm useAPI Testing & automation: REST/GraphQL, Postman + Newman or REST-Assured, schema validation (OpenAPI/Swagger), contract testing basicsVersion control/Git: Branching, PR Reviews, merge strategies, taggingTest design: risk-based testing, boundary/partitioning, state transition, BDD/Gherkin is a plusData & DB: SQL for validation, test data creation/anonymizationReporting & observability: Grafana for reports, basic log tracingPerformance smoke: create lightweight k6/JMeter smoke/perf sanityShould you be up to the challenge, don't hesitate to click apply!
