Quality Assurance Collection

Job Desk:- Take recording sampling from Collection agents.- Analyze and review recording.- Conduct training for collection new hire.- Provide feedback to Collection Agent and Collection Team Leaders.- Regular calibration with Collection Agent and Collection Team Leaders.- Daily report to QA Team LeadRequirements:- Min. Diploma degree from any major.- Collection oriented- Min. 1 year of working experience as QA Collection or min 2 years working experience as Desk Collection Banking/Fintech industry experience is an advantage- Good time management, strong verbal/written communication skills in order to communicate (positive and negative) feedback and problem solving skills- Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.Ability to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
