Quality Assurance Auditor (Accessories)

**POSTION SUMMARY**:All brands strategy, product development and innovation are lead and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, Heritage, and Tommy Hilfiger NA and SA brands and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe and Asia brand. The position in this job description provides support on strategic, developmental or innovation activities to the above mentioned PVH related parties.**- To carry out quality assurance function to ensure all production meets the PVH Corporate quality standards.As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be in charge of activities linked with the pre-production, production monitoring and quality assurance in the factory. This includes but is not limited to, in-line inspection, production trial validation, material check, final inspection and follows up of corrective action plans.1. Pre-Production & Risk Assessment- Participate into the Risk Assessment, Pre-Production meeting & Pilot run production- Monitor bulk production comply with PPS- Write the Pre-Production report2. Production- Perform In-Line & Final inspection- Monitor production quality and schedule- Report to the planning team any production delay- Ensure factory production controls (SOP) are in place and respected- Manage approval factory QA (FCQA) performance- Packing reviewing compliance- Conduct GMP audit- Follow up product safety & mold control effectiveness3. CAP- Help with CAP investigation and fact gathering- Follow up CAP & Report on CAP effectiveness- Follow up GMP audit failure & OQL findings4. Reporting- Pre-Production results- Production status and Quality- Final inspection results- Report monthly on factories improvement, systems, issues, innovation etc.5. Perform other duties assigned by management.**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**- Associate Degree or above- Over 5 years background in a similar position, preferable from a fast paced fashion environment.- Good knowledge of materials, constructions, machinery and workmanship- Ability to identify potential problems and to provide guidance for solution identification and implementation- Highly organized and effective, with clear "hands on" approach- Flexible and adaptable, able to cope with changes in a continuously evolving environment- Good written and spoken English- Team player, with open mind and willing to learn- Please note that the duties and responsibilities within this role may change over the course of employment, which will require flexibility._
