Job Title: QA & QC Manager

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall activities for incoming quality, in-process and outgoing quality control and inspection.
- Overall planning for QC department and supervising Laboratory activity and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Ensuring that the Quality System of the company is documented and implemented effectively to meet the ISO integrated system (9001, 14001, 45001) and arrange Internal and External audit.
- Monitor quality metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve overall quality performance
- Analyze quality data, complaint, and work with other department in implementing containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve quality issues.
- Collaborate with the other department to ensure that products are consistently manufactured according to quality standards and specification.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA & QC activity.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry, especially pesticide industry is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Indonesia
- Strong in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Experience in product development.
- Understanding ISO system, having ISO certification is a plus.
- Setting and managing a group of people with varied experiences and competencies
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective team building skills with an operating style that fosters high expectations, open dialogue, creates a strong sense of team, inspires, and motivates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other similar software
- Understanding SAP, PLM and HPLC/GC is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned to Ungaran, Central Java
