Supervise and support engineers in tasks related to in-process quality and customer issues.
Prepare Quality Status Reports and assist engineers in data analysis.
Oversee control processes and support for new models, new projects, and change control, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CFT).
Communicate effectively with relevant staff to garner support as needed.
Supervise QA/QC/Lab teams and coordinate more than 35 personnel.
Handle second and third-party audits, customer claims, and warranty claims.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related qualifications At least 5 years of experience in improving quality issues for automotive exterior parts or Tier 1 suppliers Proficiency in English communication skills Good knowledge of MR, ISO, and QMS standards Experience with automotive assembly parts, including injection, plastic, and painting plastics Ability to present solutions and analyze causes of problems Experience inspecting supplier parts and process inspections Experience working in a global company is an advantage Certified Lead Auditor for ISO & QMS Note: PT.
