Check the purchase of production needs and product trading as well as outstanding orders for goods so that every purchase of goods ordered arrives on time.
Monitor purchases outside of routine needs (special orders & projects) so that there are no mistakes in purchases and the goods arrive on time.
Increase cooperation and improve vendor performance so that they can follow the standards set by the company.
Monitor the realization of purchases against a predetermined budget.
Carry out and increase cost-down according to the target set by the company.
Check and monitor the manufacture of goods in the sub-contractor company so that it is in accordance with the standards and targets that have been set by the company.
