DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to handle our company's procurement activities. The Purchasing Manager's responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities. An outstanding Purchasing Manager should have excellent leadership abilities and be able to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Handle Raw Material, Packaging Material, & Indirect Material Purchase Order.
Responsible for raw material (Local & Import) availability for production.
Evaluate all sourcing & purchase activity based on QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery)
Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Monitor progress of contracts to ensure materials in on scheduled and meet spesifications.
Continually look for ways to improve cost estimating process and the impact to cost reduction in COGM.
Monitor and maintain material cost and good trading which give direct impact financially.
Analyze implemented of purchase plan to avoid material shortage.
Monitor material flow to ensure inventory is maintaied to the optimum level to support,on time deliveries while keeping inventory holdings at the approtiate levels.
Develop strong and long term vendor relationship through business review.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure mutual business relation.
Monitor and up to date with supplier business activity, supplier supply chain system, financial report, buyer activity level, etc.
Evaluate vendor performance and lead for corrective & preventive action.
Lead supplier?s development to build ?A? class suppliers.
Monitor economy condition, market, and possible growth related to purchasing activity.
Job Specification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least more than 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (from F&B / FMCG will be advantages).
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Good Communication, Fluent in English.
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel).
Familier working with suppliers (Especially Raw material).
