**What You Will Achieve**
Working with a dynamic team of Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities.
Some of the activities that you will manage include Material Requirement Planning (MRP) analysis, managing Purchase Order (PO), and ensure the materials delivery from supplier meet the OTIF (On Time In Full) target in support of business growth and execution of new programs.
Your team will rely on your management skills and planning key events, and new product launches.
Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional work teams including with supplier.
Your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team.
Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables.
Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**:
- Contribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects.
- Develop inventory targets and budgets.
- Manage the purchasing cycle, including generating requisitions, PO creation, PO follow-up, goods reception and final payment
- Work closely with procurement team to ensure purchasing parameter has been set up correctly (i.e.
price, minimum order quantity, etc.)
before placing the purchase order.
- Work closely with Artwork Development team to ensure the latest Artwork and Packaging Material Specification has been updated and sent to supplier before placing the order.
- Ensure materials are delivered based on commitment due date as per Purchase Order (PO), conduct regular alignment with Supplier in term of materials delivery plan, identify supply risk, and required action plan (if necessary).
- Ensure materials availability to support production & ensure no materials interruption that caused delay production.
- Review, identify, recommend an action, and make decision on problem related to purchased items at PGS Jakarta site in timely manner.
- Look opportunities for continuous improvement (without compromising on quality) that give added value to our business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and a state of audit readiness.
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience and working knowledge of Supply Chain field especially procurement.
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver products and services to meet customer needs
- Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management, effective communication, and result oriented.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical operations, understanding of pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamics, trends, and regulatory processes.
- Ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis
- Develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and quick grasp and understanding of complex situations involving many moving parts
- Fluent both written and verbally in English
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Certified as Supply Chain professional
- Understand standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) system technologies.
