Public Relations Media Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In charge for media relations for Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman and Nespresso
- Supervise and execute integrated campaign for Kate Spade and Nespresso and Media Relations
- Prepare media monitoring based on targeted yearly media value and proactive mentions
- Execute and prepare all media partnership with targeted media
- Prepare the press release of programs for monthly distributions
- Approach the media for the product loan for Kate Spade
- Execute the needs of collaterals for the media partners
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly media reports for Kate Spade and Nespresso
- Help to nominate and approach the targeted KOLs for Nespresso and Kate Spade Events
- Maintain good relationship communities and plan the join program with Coach and Havaianas
- Supervise the media events, i.e.
store launches, media interviews, media briefings, media conferences, media visit, media Photo Ops, media training, media gatherings, etc.
- Develop partnership strategy for with media for events
- Develop the press release for the events
- Invite the targeted media to attend the events
- Follow up the media attendances and invitees before the events
- Assist the media during the events from greetings to door stop interviews
- Make sure the media interviews still in line with the campaign and events 9
- Maintain the number of coverages and PR values per events

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
