Psm Engineer

Ringkasan Fungsi:This position is responsible to develop, implement and provide ongoing/day-to-day support to make sure PTCI operation is comply to Cabot's Process Safety Management (PSM) standard and applicable Indonesian regulation and international standard.PSM Engineer is accountable for PTCI's PSM programs which require to have both technical and behavioral competencies while maintaining the spirit of Cabot Visions and Values.Tanggung Jawab:- Lead PSM programs to achieve company target and prevent process safety incident- Ensure implementation of PSM standards/best practices (e.g., GOESS) efforts as directed by Cabot global team- Train and strengthen plant personnel to assure understanding and compliance with Cabot PSM Standards and requirements of local process safety requirements- Lead/Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) study and PHA-revalidation. Review results of all PHAs for quality and thoroughness.- Conduct self-assessment audit for PSM procedures- Track and follow-up of action items/completion to ensure timing solution of any findings from PSM audits, PHA studies and other PSM assessment activities- Lead/Participate in Process Safety Event investigations/root cause analysis- Provide support, guidance, and oversight for MOC responsibility person to ensure deliverables are in line with program requirements- Support and provide oversight for Pre Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) and Process Safety Information (PSI)- Monitor regulatory changes, publicly available information, and share significant incidents at other industries as lesson learnPersyaratan:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. Preferred discipline in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering- Minimum 3 years working experience in chemical manufacturing or equivalent experience in Process Safety Management- Good knowledge on PSM elements- Proven ability to lead teams, influence operations, and build consensus opinions- Strong verbal and written English communication skills- Effective presentation/training/facilitation skills- Strong Incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis techniques- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power point, Software for PHA- Familiar with PHA study method such as HAZOP, What If, LOPA. Trained PHA Facilitator/Leader is preferable- Working knowledge of safety systems and regulations
