Job Title: Property Operations Associate Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Property Manager Role Purpose: Your main focus will be to help manage the properties with housekeepers as well as vendors to make sure everything is in a good shape, and assist the Property Managers on administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: Assist the property manager in maintaining buildings effectively and continually improving tenant's experienceIllustrate Cove's core values and strive to achieve our standard of operationsAct as the liaison between Cove and facilities staff on the propertyAssist in preparing room inventory reportAssist in routine property inspectionsAssist in organizing properties' ticketsLiaise with service contractors to schedule maintenance or repair of the buildingsAssist in troubleshooting daily facilities maintenance issuesAssist in routine procurement of properties' needs Requirements: Bachelor Degree in any major (civil engineering and architecture major are preferred)Max. 2 years in property management, preferably has experience working in the real estate, hospitality industry, and/or early-stage startup.Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
