**Job Descriptions**:
- Brainstorm with associates in developing content creation
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Planning, create / implementing social media (Instagram, facebook, tiktok, etc), make content publication
- Analyzing metrics and insight from social media and measure the success of every social media campaign
- Manage ads all social media
- Collaborate with other department such as customer relation, sales, product design teams, etc
- Build relationships with the online community and creating collaborative programs with relevant communities, professionals, socialites, brand users, and publishers
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Media.
Communication, Management, Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Social Media Specialist in Retail, Media, E-commerce, Hospitality
- Proven work experience in social media content management
- Excellent communication & copywriting skills
- Experience in using paid ads (FB Ads, Instagram Ads, SEM)
- Having good skill in Google Analytic, Ads, SEO or SEM
- Having experience and understanding of Google Analytic, Ads, SEO or SEM
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/ influencers/communities
- Fast learner, adaptive, and able to work in a team and independently
- Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua Area, North Jakarta
