Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits to understand their needs and reinforce product trust - focusing on Projects specificallyBuild relationships with EPCs, Contractors, etcShare insights on customer engagement strategies with the sales teamDevelop and supervise the sales team, providing training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and strategic selling.Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to enhance team performance.Oversee daily activities, including customer visits, account development, and quotations, ensuring comprehensive project coverage.Set and monitor sales targets related to order value, revenue, and gross profit to achieve budget goals. Requirement Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics EngineeringRelevant professional membership (e.g., engineering or sales associations)At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a focus on sales management + project salesMinimum 10 years of overall working experience in sales or technical salesProven experience in developing and implementing strategies
