About the Project Manager (Small Hydro) Role:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead construction oversight of projects from the pre-construction meeting through construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure work is completed in compliance with standards and requirements, including safety, and environmental requirements
Oversee and schedules construction vendors, and field inspectors to ensure customer expectations and timelines are met
Provide issue resolution for all activities related to the construction
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and cost targets

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of small hydro construction.

Key Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in civil from a reputable university
Experienced in building small hydro from the ground
Proficient interpersonal skills
Willing to be based in Lampung
