The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning construction, packaging, and trading businesses, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with SCG's standards of quality and sustainability.
This is a role where leadership, coordination, and problem-solving come together to drive high-impact outcomes for both SCG and our partners.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and monitor projects across SCG business units in Indonesia.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking financial performance against plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, sales, operations, and external vendors.Monitor risks and issues; develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.Report project progress, milestones, and challenges to management and stakeholders.Ensure all projects follow SCG's standards on safety, compliance, and sustainability.Capture lessons learned and develop best practices for continuous improvement in project management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.1–3 years of experience in project management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Career DevelopmentThis position provides exposure to high-profile projects within SCG Indonesia and the ASEAN region, with clear progression opportunities into senior program management or business leadership roles.
