Project Manager Production

**Tasks**:

- Create project plans/concepts and assure they are followed (e.g.
resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.)
in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required
- Develop suggestions for project organization; select suitable associates (e.g.
in the affected plants, etc.)
in cooperation with supervisors and define tasks, rules and interfaces
- Analyze and evaluate changes (internal/ external), cooperate in negotiations (e.g.
volume and costs of changes, etc.)
and assure implementation
- Create and check project reports and presentations, as well as project conclusion documentation and provide technical leadership for project associates and/or sub-project leaders
- Cooperate in conducting risk analyses and cooperate in optimizing/developing processes, systems and methods
- Take responsibility for process planning (e.g.
processes, procedures, material flow, layout, etc.)
**Profile**:

- Professional / graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors degree
- Three to five years of experience in a specialized field (highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field built on a thorough understanding of theoretical concepts and principles and their context)
- Project management skills
- Good command of MS Office Package
- Fluency in English language, knowledge of German will be considered as an advantage
- Intercultural Competency
