PMO & PA Corporate Office Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee key cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects Lead financial planning to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability across business and functional projects Collaborate with department heads and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate goals Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and technological integration Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities during project execution Manage and organize the Director's calendar, appointments, travel plans, and meeting Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
