Project Planning Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce requirements and project objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Project Monitoring and/or Execution Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed within the established timeline and budget, including end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefit and engagement process.
Monitor project milestones and track progress, making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
Client Management Act as a single point of contact to the client, ensure client satisfaction, and manage client's expectations by regularly communicating project progress, updates, and potential challenges to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with our existing clients to achieve long-term partnerships, including growing clients' performance, contract renewals, identifying new opportunities, and upselling opportunities.
Stakeholder Management Ensure clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation and resource assignment.
Workers Management Act as a trusted partner to all workers/agents, ensuring all inquiries are completed, supervise workers/agents in their day-to-day work, and mediate for resolving conflicts and disputes.
Maintain a strong relationship with all workers/agents by regularly communicating updates, opportunities, and any information regarding their needs to fulfill their day-to-day work.
Requirements: Domiciled in Jakarta.
Proactive, fast response, and a good problem solver.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum educational background with a bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university.
Fresh graduates are open to apply.
Excellent in Ms. Excel or GSheet.
Experience in account management (is a plus) .
Experience in end-to-end recruitment process (is a plus) .
Basic knowledge in Compensation & Benefit calculation and Labour Laws (is a plus) .
Leadership experience (is a plus) .
