DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales project management related inquiries.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality control.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines for all sales projects.
Identify and coordinate all information with other departments within a company, such as product, operations, to ensure that all relevant parties have been informed of the project's status and project work plan.
Find out some problem solving for obstacle business & product, identifying and mitigating potential risks

Resolving customer service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Document all information thoroughly through the pre-sale process, as our projects develop over several years and this information is sourced by various members of our team - Tracking absent participants.
Reporting on project status and evaluation to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project.
Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the sales project management process.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduate with internship experience as project manager or project management.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in project management or event organizer will be an advantage.
Proven working experience in project management capability to drive complex and ambiguous projects from end-to-end.
Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations

The ability to multitask, pro-activate and work in a fast-paced environment
