Project Management Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor overall progress of projects, status of milestones and monthly target
Prepare the budget for project
Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
Monitor operational efficiency and project performance
Effective management and utilization of resources
Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone's on the right page

**Key Requirements**:
Associate degree or higher in computer science, telecommunication engineering, business administration or similar field
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Female/Male
Experience working with many files type, working with document and record across various, Basic understanding of Project Management
Can operation MS Office
Can work under Pressure, willing to stand by 24 Hours if necessary for rush target
Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation
