As a Project Manager, you will be responsible lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business.
In this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
You will have responsibility for the project management and successful execution of projects which will include the full Project lifecycle.
Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resource

You will be also responsible for:

- Coordinating cross-functional, cross business global activities and drive project adherence, ensuring flawless execution of priorities throughout the Project life cycle
- Managing the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time in order to meet customer obligations
- Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously effectively
- Negotiating change orders with the customers
- Representing BH professionally during all customer communications
- Owning and delivering risk management plans
- Ensuring Lessons Learned from project execution are shared within the team

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have proven 10 years of industrial experience especially Completion & Well Intervention (Liner Hanger preferred)
- Have leadership experience and skills
- Have basic understanding in Assembly Maintenance and Overhaul
- Have basic understanding on local content process in Indonesia
- Have experience as Sales Account Manager/Account Manager or relevant role
- Have cooperation and interface management skills
- Have proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have understanding of basic financial concepts, Profit, Loss and Margin.
Knowledge and experience within Offshore/Service Operations.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability
- Be able to successfully coordinate several smaller projects/initiatives or a large complex project/initiative
- Have Project Management Qualification (PMP) preferred but not essential
