Project Hse Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Safety Coordinator to help us mitigate the risk of job-related accidents.
You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities.
You will also committ to implement, monitor and control site safety activities in accordance Honeywell Safety Operation Manual.
Safety coordinators should be well-versed in all OSH dictations.
Your work will be focused on prevention so you need to be diligent and analytical.
You will possess a keen eye for detail and a sensitivity for potential dangers.
The goal is to support the creation of a healthy and safe workplace

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead in confidence to ensure effective implementation of Company Safety Policy and rules at site.
- Conducting toolbox talks before every work and whenever new activity is started with risk and HSE aspects.
- Lead Safety Induction Process to all HON employee, subcontractor and visitors
- Communicate the hazard, risk and it's risk control to the work team.
- Report all incidents and accidents to Site Manager / Project Manager
- Prevent unsafe activities and Inform Site Manager / Honeywell or Sub-contrator Team for noncompliance.
- Pro-active Participation in Safety Meetings and encourage employees of safe work practices.
- Regularly report (daily, weekly & monthly) HSE activities and statistic as per HON guidelines.
- Attending Safety Coordination Meeting with Main Contractors and/or Client with or without Site Manager.
- Any other duties as required by your Manager related to HSE

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge in HVAC and Electrical building services would be advantageous.
- Good in English communication

**WE VALUE**:

- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
- Knowledge in HVAC and Electrical building services would be advantageous.
Knowledgeable about the generally accepted industry best practice in this area.
