Project Engineer

Johnson & Johnson Indonesia Overall Scope; Plans and directs on NAVI project activities. Coordinates the creation, development, design and improvement of NAVI project in conformance with established deliverable and objectives. Provides engineering advice and assistance to other team project during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure on time delivery of comprehensive and accurate equipment installation and qualification.

- Allocates, schedules, and tracks NAVI project resources related to engineering to ensure project execution as per committed project timeline.

- Analyzes project technical requirements and institutes specific guidelines for the immediate engineering activity.

- Monitors and maintains project efficiency with emphasis on accuracy and budgeted time.

- Serves as the initial escalation contact for issue resolution within the defined area.

- Assists engineering manager with overseeing training; and implementing engineering policies and procedures related to project NAVI.

- Provides evaluative input on individual work efforts.

- Coordinate and supervise Navi project execution related to upgrade and/or new equipment installation, commissioning and qualification.

- Tracking and monitoring NAVI’s project execution related to the Equipment and escalate on any challenges to Engineering Manager.

- Assist and advise Engineering Manager on any challenges during Equipment installation, commissioning and qualification.

Qualifications
Qualifications;

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Consumer
- Knowledge of GMPs and EHS requirements in pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Experiencing in Pharmaceutical Equipment life cycle, including qualification process (IQ, OQ, and PQ)
- Hands on automation system, such as: PLC, SCADA, BAS, and EMS.
- Understand and familiar with technical drawings, such as: P&ID, pneumatics diagram, electrical diagram, etc.
- Experience on Equipment installation project to supervise and coordinate equipment installation, qualification, and hand over.
- Strong analytical thinking and able to utilize root cause analysis tools.
