We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service standards through our growing network of outlets across major cities in Indonesia.We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Project & Design Staff.Key Responsibilities:Develop outlet layout drawings based on briefs provided by the Supervisor or ManagerPrepare shop drawings and revise them according to on-site conditionsConduct site surveys, including measurements and initial documentationOrganize and manage design files in a structured and systematic mannerAssist in creating simple 2D/3D visualizations for presentation purposesPrepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ)Coordinate with mall fit-out teams, vendors, and contractorsMonitor project execution to ensure alignment with timelines and quality standardsQualifications:Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design1–3 years of experience in project design, interior design, or architecture, preferably in retail/F&B fit-out projectsFresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong design portfolioProficient in design software: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp / 3ds Max or similar (preferred)Able to produce working drawings, as-built drawings, and design revisions based on site conditionsUnderstanding of F&B outlet fit-out processes is a plusStrong coordination skills with vendors and contractorsDetail-oriented, organized, and highly meticulousAble to work under tight deadlinesGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsOpen to feedback and capable of revising designs accordinglyWilling to conduct site visits to outlets or project locationsResponsible, disciplined, and adaptable to project changesStrong willingness to learn and grow
